PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION.

Players Party Rooms reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any offer or booking terms at any time. By entering Players Party Rooms, you consent to the capture of your image via photo or video, which may be used for promotional or archival purposes. From 7:00pm onwards, all guests under the age of 18 years old remaining in the venue must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 25).

Booking policy

• Full payment is required for all Party room bookings unless stated otherwise.
• Main Room bookings require a 50% minimum payment at the time of booking.
• Any remaining balance must be paid no later than one month before the event date.

2026 Main Room Hire Fees

Main Room capacity is up 250 seating | 800 standing Includes round tables + chairs (+ white or black tablecloth)

• Weekend => Friday & Saturday Packages: £1500 for 6h | £2000 for 10h
• Weekday => Sunday to Thursday Packages: £1000 for 6h | £1500 for 10h
• All Packages includes set up & Event hours
• All Packages has a 1AM End time.  £300 per hour fee will be applicable for any clients who wants to extend pass 1AM.

2026 PARTY ROOMS HIRE FEES

Party Rooms: The £10 per person rate applies to advance bookings only. Entry on the door is £15 per person.

• Small Party Rooms: 5 to 8 people | 12 to 15 people
• Medium Party Rooms: 20 to 30 people | 30 to 40 people
• Large Party Rooms: 50 to 65 people | 50 to 90 people
• Main Room: Free cancellation up to 6 months before the booking date.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Party Rooms: Free cancellation up to 3 months before the booking date.
• Main Room: Free cancellation up to 6 months before the booking date.

ROOM HIRE RATES

• Sunday – Thursday: £150 per hour | Friday & Saturday: £250 per hour

Discount Policy

• The £250 hourly room hire rate may be discounted only when food or buffet services are ordered directly through us.

• Date Changes: Any change to the booking date will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, even if the same room is retained. Rescheduling an event will require a new booking to be made and will be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

• Identification: All guests aged 18+ must present valid ID. Guests without ID will be registered with a photo and personal details upon entry.

• Re-entry Policy: Once a guest exits the premises, re-entry is not permitted. Please ensure any necessary medication is brought on entry.

Technical Issues:

BOOKINGS WITH MINORS (UNDER 18)

• Bookings with minors are permitted in the afternoon between 2pm and 6pm, unless over 50% of guests are adults, in which case evening bookings are allowed.

• Alcohol will not be served to rooms with minors unless a suitable number of adults aged 25+ are present and have completed nominated guardian forms.

• A parental contact form must be completed for all bookings involving minors. Forms are available in paper or digital formats upon request.

• If no adult aged 25+ is present, the booking will be cancelled.

• If any adult is found supplying alcohol to a minor, the booking will be immediately cancelled, and all guests will be asked to leave.
